The field of mineral processing

Solid-liquid separation technology and equipment play a core functional role in the field of mineral processing.

Slurry pre-treatment and purification: Separating large unbroken mineral blocks, sand and other impurities in the slurry to avoid wearing out core equipment such as flotation machines and ball mills, and ensuring the stable start of the beneficiation process.

2. Auxiliary strengthening of separation: By using processes such as concentration and filtration to adjust the concentration of the ore slurry, and to meet the concentration requirements of separation processes like flotation and gravity separation, the reaction efficiency between minerals and reagents can be enhanced, thereby improving the recovery rate of mineral processing.

3. Dewatering and upgrading of concentrate: After the separation process, the concentrate is subjected to solid-liquid separation (such as filtration, pressure filtration) to reduce the moisture content of the concentrate (typically from over 60% to below 10%), thereby lowering transportation costs and avoiding the formation of lumps in the concentrate that could affect subsequent smelting.

4. Tailings treatment and environmental compliance: Remove the moisture from the tailings slurry to enable dry stacking of tailings or filling of mined-out areas, thereby reducing the land area occupied by tailings ponds and the risk of dam failure; The recycled water is used in the beneficiation process to save water resources and prevent direct discharge of wastewater from causing pollution.

5. Water resource recycling and reuse: The clean water separated from each process is recovered and used for mineral washing, ore slurry mixing, etc., achieving closed-loop circulation of water used in mineral processing and reducing fresh water consumption, which is in line with the requirements of green mine construction.
